Hglaser Automated Laser Welding Line for Manifolds is engineered for seal welding of manifold coolant-port fittings, the line replaces conventional brazing and requires no brazing filler metal. It streamlines production, lowers capital investment, and improves both yield and throughput. The line comprises a fiber laser system, a motion platform, a loading, clamping and pressing mechanism, an inspection and positioning system, a water-cooling system, and a fume extraction unit.
