HGTECH Plate/Support Mesh Automatic Welding Production Line is used for the welding production line of electrode frames, pole plates/electrode meshes of alkaline electrolyzers.

Main components: automatic loading and uniloading, assembly and welding of support meshes and pressure plates, assembly and welding of pole plates + nickel meshes.

Equipment Features

/Adopt ground-rail robots + vision for fully automatic high-speed loading and unloading, realizing unmanned operation of the entire production line;

/ Nickel meshes can use spot welding, line welding, and full welding processes, adapting to diferent designed products, effectively reducing the contact resistance of electrolyzers and lowering power consumption;

/Innovatively adopt a compliant force-control grasping algorithm to realize special grasping and precise assembly of large-area fexibte materials such as nickel meshes and support meshes;

/Automatic placement and welding of pressure plate materials are realized which has passed the 72-hour salt spray test.
