Workflow


①U-rib is lifted manually to the U-rib storage rack.

② The lifting mechanism completes the pickup of single U-rib (manually assisted) and places the U-rib to be cleaned on the cleaning conveyorline.

③ Positioning mechanism to complete the alignment of U-rib positioning.

④U-rib passing through the laser cleaning station

⑤ After the cleaning operation is completed, the U-rib returns to the loading area and is unloaded by the load transfer mechanism, and the U-rib enters the storage rack, thus completing one operation cycle.
