HGTECH Green Laser Welding System is designed for welding highly reflective metals, particularly copper and gold, as well as high thermal conductivity materials.
By utilizing advanced wavelength conversion technology, it delivers visible green laser wavelengths of 532 nm or 515 nm. Compared with conventional infrared lasers, green lasers offer significantly higher absorption rates in highly reflective materials such as copper and gold.
This effectively overcomes key challenges in infrared laser welding, including low initial absorption, process instability, and excessive spatter.
Key Features
/ High Stability and Consistency
Copper absorbs over 40% of green laser light (532–515 nm) at room temperature, compared with ~5% for infrared lasers. This enables stable copper welding with minimal spatter, significantly improving weld quality and process consistency.
/ Controlled Heat-Affected Zone
With high beam quality and a smaller focal spot, green lasers allow precise control of the heat-affected zone (HAZ). Ideal for heat-sensitive precision welding, such as microelectronic components, thin-wall copper tubes, and gold-plated terminals.
