Featuring a dual-station design combined with an intelligent robotic welding system, with robot utilization exceeding 99%. Options include robotic or modular welding, supporting an annual production capacity of 20,000 units with a yield rate of ≥98%.

 

2. Automatic Wire Feeding, Gap Compatibility

Equipped with a multifunctional magnetic fixture, ensuring flat and consistent alignment of the frame and plate products. The system accommodates a welding gap range of 0.05 to 0.5mm for substrate joining.

 

3. Automatic Welding, Self-Correcting

Unmanned production with a seam tracking system enables real-time monitoring in XYZ directions. After loading, welding begins directly without the need for manual trajectory teaching, ensuring the quality of the plate welding.


4. Smooth Welds, Free from Cracks and Porosity
With minimal welding deformation, there is no need for post-weld rolling correction. The system allows for traceability of the entire processing data for each individual plate. For 1000 Nm³/h production, post-weld deformation is ≤1mm, with weld formation quality and deformation control far surpassing traditional TIG welding.



5. Compatible with Various Sizes, Pioneering Single-Sided Welding with Double-Sided Formation

Compatible with product sizes ranging from 500 to 2000 Nm³/h, with a product changeover time of less than 2 hours. The system pioneers a single-sided welding process that achieves double-sided formation, resulting in excellent surface quality and full, uniform welds on both sides.
