It covers multiple processes, including precise scribing, cutting preparation, quality control, and data traceability, enhancing efficiency and performance in the shipbuilding industry!

 

Designed specifically for the materials required in shipbuilding, this machine handles the marking process by automatically scribing all necessary assembly lines, symbols, text numbers, and QR code information onto the steel plates in one go after cutting, enhancing production quality and efficiency.

The integrated system allows for full-format marking of ship numbers, segment numbers, part numbers, material types, flow directions, pallet numbers, processing symbols, beveling information, and QR codes in one go.

High precision is achieved through 3D vision technology, enabling accurate positioning on the assembly line with a precision of ±1mm.

 

Intelligent Parsing for Seamless Operation

Intelligence is enhanced by proprietary GEN file parsing and graphic pixel compensation technologies.

 

Smart Ink Control for Consistent Output

Automation is ensured with a fully automatic ink circulation system that continuously monitors ink pressure and automatically adjusts ink humidity to ensure optimal marking results.

 

High-Speed Scribing with Flexible Marking

Efficiency is maximized with dual-mode seamless switching. In online mode, the preprocessing speed reaches 100m/min, while in offline mode, the starting position, angle, and marking direction can be freely defined.
