Industrial Machine Tools: Development of advanced laser systems for complex curved-surface engraving and fifth-generation intelligent 3D five-axis laser cutting technology, addressing key challenges in precision manufacturing. 

Green Agriculture: Launch of all-weather intelligent laser weeding robots, reducing reliance on chemical herbicides through automation and supporting sustainable global agriculture.

Ecosystem & Quality Assurance

We have built a multi-dimensional innovation network with more than 50 global strategic partners across upstream and downstream industries, covering laser technology, AI, and clean energy fields.

With two national-level testing laboratories, we ensure all innovations comply with international quality and safety standards, including ISO9001 and ISO14001.

Our ABCD-tier supplier evaluation system has been recognized by leading global enterprises including Geely, BYD, LG, Haier, and Midea.

3. Environment: Committing to Low-Carbon Development

Green Manufacturing & Energy Management

Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) management is embedded throughout the full product lifecycle. By phasing out inefficient capacity and upgrading energy-efficient equipment, HGTECH continues to reduce its environmental footprint.

Renewable Energy Application: We have deployed photovoltaic systems across a 13,000 m² production site. This initiative optimizes our energy structure and significantly reduces carbon emissions by directly utilizing clean electricity. 

Resource Efficiency Improvement: Through continuous process optimization and the application of ERP and MES systems, we achieve end-to-end precision management, significantly improving raw material utilization and promoting waste reduction and resource recycling. 

Environmental Protection Investment: In 2025, the Group invested over RMB 10.6654 million in environmental protection, including hazardous waste management, air emissions control, wastewater treatment, carbon compliance, and environmental monitoring.

Clean Energy Solutions: Laser cleaning equipment for battery insulation film processing, improving safety and production efficiency. 

Automotive Lightweighting: Comprehensive solutions for Electric Vehicles（EVs）, enhancing performance while reducing energy consumption and supporting the low-carbon transition of the automotive industry. 

Hydrogen Energy Strategy: Development of an integrated laser- and automation-enabled hydrogen energy production ecosystem to support zero-emission energy applications. 

Decarbonization Case Study: In the “Jining Clean Energy Shipbuilding Smart Factory” project, our intelligent systems helped reduce energy consumption per unit output by 15%, establishing a benchmark for decarbonization in waterborne logistics.

 Employee Care: Guided by the philosophy of “happy work, healthy life,” we actively carry out employee support initiatives. In 2025, assistance for employees in need totaled RMB 154,500. 

Talent Development: Through a dual-track career development system and global training programs, we delivered 11,200 training sessions annually. We place strong emphasis on digital-era skill transformation, with an average of 15.5 training hours per employee.

“Ruby” Public Welfare Program: HGTECH promotes the “Ruby” education support initiative through charity sales and youth engagement programs. Funds raised are donated to the Wuhan Youth Development Foundation. To date, the program has supported 40 students from disadvantaged backgrounds through financial aid and regular care.

 Industry–Education Integration & Youth Development: We actively expand university–industry collaboration, providing internships and research platforms for students worldwide, building a bridge from campus to career.

Support for Persons with Disabilities: HGTECH continues to improve employment support systems for people with disabilities. One of its subsidiaries, Huagong Gaoli, has been recognized as a national model employment base for persons with disabilities, with accessible facilities across dining and office areas.
