II. Hull Component Manufacturing – Intelligent Production Lines

 

1.Intelligent Laser Cutting Automatic Production Line 

 

Intelligent Laser Cutting Automatic Production Line includes several specialized lines, such as those for component cutting, deck cutting, and profile cutting. The workshop’s process layout is designed with a focus on optimizing product manufacturing logistics. Through modeling and simulation, the production line layout, manufacturing routes, logistics, and distribution are all carefully planned to ensure the most efficient configuration. This approach guarantees smooth, convenient, and orderly flow of workpieces throughout the production process.

 

2.Thin Plate Welding Intelligent Production Line

 

 

In high-end shipbuilding, thin steel plates (4–12 mm) are used above the waterline to reduce weight and lower the vessel’s center of gravity. Traditional gas-shielded welding causes high heat input, deformation, and low efficiency. Laser hybrid welding, especially when combined with an automated production line, significantly improves welding efficiency, shortens the shipbuilding cycle, reduces material and energy consumption, and enhances weld quality.


The Thin Plate Flat Section Welding Intelligent Production Line uses high-power laser hybrid welding with visual sensing for precise seam tracking and weld path correction, minimizing plate deformation. Integrated with industrial IoT and intelligent central control, the line enables flexible, high-quality, and automated welding.
