With the arrival of July, the weather is getting hotter and the temperature is rising. We should not only prepare for heatstroke prevention and cooling, but also maintain the laser cutting machine to prevent "heatstroke" of the machine.

Water-cooling

In high temperature weather, the deterioration rate of cooling water will also accelerate. It is recommended that users of laser cutting machine use regular distilled water or pure water, and regularly clean the scale, so as not to cause scale attached to the laser and pipeline and affect the laser power; Note that the cooling water temperature should not be too different from the air temperature.

With the increasing temperature in summer, the working pressure of the cooling system of the laser cutting machine increases sharply. It is recommended to check and maintain the internal pressure of the cooler before the high temperature comes and adjust it in time to adapt to the high temperature weather.

lubrication

Each guide rail shall be cleaned frequently to remove dust and other sundries to ensure the normal operation of the laser equipment. The rack shall be wiped frequently and lubricated.

The time shall be adjusted to shorten the time by 0.5-1 times compared with that in spring and autumn, and the oil quality shall be observed.

For machinery working in high temperature area, properly improve the viscosity grade of engine oil, the temperature of lipid oil is easy to change, and properly add oil to ensure lubrication without sundries.

Carefully check the straightness of the cutting table and track of the laser cutting machine and the perpendicularity of the machine. If any abnormality is found, it shall be maintained and debugged in time.

The guide rail should be cleaned and lubricated frequently, and the motor should also be cleaned and lubricated frequently to keep the machine in the best state at all times. The machine can move better and cut more accurately during operation, and the quality of the cut products will be higher.

Line

Check and replace aged wires, plugs, rubber hoses and connectors; Check whether the connector pins and wire ends of electrical components are loose and tighten them in time to avoid burning out of electrical appliances and unstable signal transmission caused by poor contact.

Note: be careful of the frosting of the laser machine. Due to the large difference between the temperature of the water cooler and the ambient temperature, the laser and cutting head will frost, which will cause damage to the equipment and lens.
