When the laser cutting machine is working, it has high requirements for temperature stability. What are the common problems of the laser cutting machine?

1. The ambient temperature around the laser cutting machine is high.

2. The working light intensity of laser cutting machine is too large.

3. If the continuous working time of laser cutting machine is too long, it shall be properly shut down and rested.

4. The backflow of cooling water outlet pipe is abnormal, resulting in insufficient flow.

5. The water inlet and outlet pipes of the water pump are too dirty, and the water protection is blocked, resulting in poor water flow.

6. Check whether the laser can hit the first reflecting lens. If not, adjust the position of the first lens.

7. Check whether the laser can hit the second and third reflector. If not, adjust the M1, M2 and M3 screws behind the upper reflector.

8. Move the laser head to the upper left corner and hit another laser point to observe whether it is in the same position as the point hit in the upper right corner. If not, adjust the M1, M2 and M3 screws of the second mirror to make the point hit in the same position as the point hit in the upper right corner.

Paste at least two layers of double-sided adhesive tape at the light inlet of the laser barrel, move the laser head to the upper right corner of the table, press the test key on the control panel, and hit a laser point.

9. Move the laser head to the lower left corner, observe whether the dot is in the same position as the upper right corner, and adjust the second reflecting lens.

The repeated adjustment described in 4 and 5 above makes the three laser points hit at the same position.

Check whether the focus is in the center: place a mirror vertically below the focus lens, place (i.e. hold) a transparent plastic sheet close to the lens barrel under the lens barrel, press the test key to hit the laser to see whether the laser point is in the center of the focus lens. When holding the plastic sheet, be careful of laser burns. Do not put your hand in the vertical plane of the lens.

10. Turn on the button and the equipment does not act

If this fault occurs during the operation of the laser cutting machine, first check whether the whole equipment is powered on. If it is not powered on, be sure to plug in the power supply, and check whether the parameters of the main board of the laser cutting machine are correct. If not, be sure to refer to relevant software and other parameters.

11. No laser in working state

During the actual work of the laser cutting machine, it is necessary to carry out effective inspection according to various situations. This may happen to the laser cutting machine because the optical path is offset. In this case, the optical path needs to be adjusted, or there may be a series of problems in the line. If this is really the case, It can be judged by inserting the point ray into the model of the power supply.

12. Intermittent laser

When the laser cutting machine works intermittently, it may be that the water circulation is not particularly smooth. Check and clean the relevant water tank, and check whether the water pump is smooth and can dredge the water pipe regularly.
